BEIJING, Feb 24 (FAM) – China’s transport industry saw upbeat signs of work resumption, with firms in the sector and major construction projects reporting orderly operation amid the novel coronavirus outbreak, a transport official said at a news conference Saturday.

The country’s passenger transport and logistics restored steadily in the second week of this month, with increased activities seen in railway, ports and express delivery, said Wu Chungeng, an official with the Ministry of Transport (MOT).
