LONDON, Apr 19 (FAM) – A joint survey conducted last month by Drewry Supply Chain Advisors and the European Shippers’ Council  (ESC) found “deteriorating satisfaction” from container lines’ customers in 2016.

Shippers and forwarders from all over the world were asked how satisfied they were with 16 price and non-price related attributes of the services provided by ocean carriers.
