ROTTERDAM, Mar 21 (FAM) – European trucking group Jan de Rijk has taken delivery of the first of 100 new Euro 6 trucks as part of a fleet-renewal programme over the coming 12-months to improve the efficiency and quality of its 1,000-vehicle fleet.

Sebastiaan Scholte, CEO of Jan de Rijk Logistics, said the handover from DAF Trucks of the first vehicle of this series, a DAF XF 440, reflected “the long and intensive cooperation between the two proud Dutch companies”.
